Our story
Founded by operators, built for operators.
Goldin Consultancy was created out of a frustration our founders kept encountering — both as executives and as clients of larger advisory firms. Strategy decks arrived polished but disconnected from the messy realities of running a business. Recommendations came from people who had read about an industry rather than worked inside one.
We set out to build a different kind of firm. One where every advisor has earned their seat through years of operating responsibility. One where the engagement is sized to the problem — not to a billing target. And one where the relationship continues long after the formal scope concludes, because the best work compounds over time.
Today we serve founders, family-owned enterprises, investors, and management teams across Israel and beyond. The work spans financial strategy, real estate advisory and project management, payment infrastructure, brand positioning, and the dozens of adjacent decisions that determine whether a good business — or a good property — becomes a great one.
